PHOTO SESSIONS:
All photo sessions are approximately one hour. Your home must be photo-ready when we arrive. Once order is placed we will send you a home ready sheet to help you prepare for the photo shoot. If you think you will need more time on the shoot please let us know when placing your order..

APPOINTMENTS:
Appointments are on a first come first serve basis. Once payment is made online we will email you or contact you by phone to schedule your shoot.
You must provide us with the property address, time and lock box code if you have a specific time you would like to heave the home photographed.

TRAVEL FEES:
There are no travel fees for properties located less than 50 miles from Murrieta. Properties located outside our local service area will incur a travel fee. Travel fees are calculated via Google Maps and are based on the distance from Murrieta to your location

PAYMENT:
Payment for services is due at the time you book your shoot, unless you plan to pay by check when we arrive please send us an email with all info for the photoshoot and we will pick up a check on the day of the shoot. We accept cash, check or credit card.
Please make all checks payable to MI2 Design Group. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
Payment must be received in full before your photoshoot has begun.

IMAGE DELIVERY:
Images are delivered within 72 hours or your order is free and will be provided to you by electronic download.
Clients will receive high-resolution and web-optimized image sets from their photo shoot.

IMAGE EDITING:
All of our packages include cropping, straightening, adjusting the color/contrast/saturation of your images.
If you need advanced editing, compositing or Photoshop services for your images, please contact us for a quote.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
All Package options and virtual tours are only available with the purchase of a photo package meaning the photoshoot cannot be shared between 2 properties.

CUSTOM PACKAGES:
If you are in need of photography services for larger properties, apartment complexes, vacation rentals, hotels, retail, restaurant, office/industrial properties, portfolio purposes or more than 35 images please contact us for a custom quote.
